Grim's 3 Tips on High Donations Empty Grim's 3 Tips on High Donations

1. Ask if anyone needs troops when you are online.
Yes, we know you're busy and can't be online all the time. That's why it's important to let members know you are playing and need to donate! How can we help you if we don't know you are there?

One of our members, rage1234567, has a good idea. In his troop request message, he has "Anyone need troops?".

2. Donate more expensive troops like wizards and minions.
They take up more housing unit space, and thus you get more stat credit. Giants are good to donate too- Just be careful NOT to give giants during evening hours because giants make poor defenders.

Anyone who accepts archers must also accept dragons, wizards, and minions.

3. Always have your camps full.
How can you be a good donor if you don't even have some troops ready at all times to give? Here's the BARRACK PREPPING TIP:

Before you go into a raid, with your camps full, max order your next queue of troops. With time and experience, you will learn to have your most time consuming troops first in the "over-queue" followed by some troops good to donate (troops that can attack both air and ground). As soon as you deploy troops to attack, your camps will start to fill. When you come back to your village after a raid, your camps will already have some troops to donate! Plus you save time over the long run in training troops!

Example:
Your camps are full. You have 4 barracks. But before you raid, 2 of your barracks each have a healer. Your other 2 each have a wizard. Right behind your healers and wizards, you have 5 archers each. You take a small 15mt break now, and when you return you will make that raid.

You come back from your break, and see your healers and wizards in the "over-queue" are already done. You raid. The second you deploy troops in battle, your camps will start to fill. When you return to your village, your camps will already have 2 healers, 2 wzards, and 20 archers ready to donate.

WHY BARRACK PREPPING IS SO IMPORTANT
Imagine if we have 50 members in our clan who don't barrack prep. Then at most times, no one will ever have good troops (troops that can attack both air and ground) ready to donate. When you don't have good troops to donate at all times, -then you are a liability to our clan-.

And a little add on idea: Add the troops that you will accept in your request message along with archers...for example {arch...min...wiz...drag...giant...arrrrr}

this way it gives members more options and it is more clear what the requester likes in his or her cc!

Arrrr...
